Declaration of revocation & right of return
Thank you for shopping at the Golden Media webshop.
Packages are usually dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and no signature. If you prefer signed for UPS Extra shipping, additional charges will apply. Please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges as well as postage costs. Handling fees are flat, while shipping costs vary based on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items together in one order. It is not possible to combine two separate orders and shipping costs will be calculated for each individual order. Your package is sent at your own risk, but we take special care to protect fragile items. The boxes are generously sized and your items are well protected.

You can return an item within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. The item must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item, we will promptly notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we'll issue a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policy.

You will have to pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of revocation:
If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
